HARD FIRED CLOISONNE – Each design is stamped into copper. The recessed areas are filled with a glass based enamel. The emblems are then fired and polished. Each color must be separated by a thin metal line. All emblems are hand polished to a glossy shine and then plated in either gold, silver or bronze. DIE STRUCK (SOFT ENAMEL) – Each design is stamped into copper. The recessed areas are filled with a plastic based soft enamel. We can match any color and each color must be separated by a thin metal line. You may have your emblems in gold, silver or bronze, with or without a clear epoxy coating. You can use up to five colors. SCREEN PRINT ON HARD ENAMEL – Used on complex designs and service awards. Screen printing on top of cloisonne eliminates the need to have base metal separations between each color. DIE STRUCK SAND BLAST – Each design is stamped into copper. The recessed areas are sandblasted to give them a dull matte finish. While the raised areas are high polished. This gives each emblem a rich two-tone metal look.
